In order to book a service you can click on the “Request a quote” link on the main menu, and complete the reservation form or you can contact us by email.

Your reservation is considered complete once you receive a confirmation voucher via email with all of your booking information.

Multi-Day tours require a non-refundable 50% deposit due within 7 days at the time of booking.

All Prices are quoted in "€" Euro and are per vehicle and not per person, unless otherwise specified. Payments are charged at the end of your service according to the quoted rates.
We accept cash, credit card through POS (we accept Visa and Mastercard) or Paypal and bank transfer payment (You do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account neither).
Credit card, Paypal and bank transfer payment requires a 5% surcharge.
Client has to request credit card payment in advance.

All of our prices include:
a pick up and drop off where required, a private luxury air-conditioned vehicle with driver at your disposal for the whole duration of the service, including all taxes, tolls and gasoline.
Our prices do not include:
meals, tips, entrance tickets to museums when required or other customers expenses, unless otherwise specified on your confirmation voucher.

All prices for our tours and services are quoted for a fixed amount of time, agreed with the client at the time of booking and stated on the voucher.
In the case that tours/transfers run overtime for reasons out of our control there will be a supplementary charge for additional time with our drivers.
Quoted price includes one hour after the arranged pick up time at no extra charge. After the first hour included in the agreed price, additional waiting time will be charged at our basic hourly rate (Euro 50.00/hr).

No charge will be applied for cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the service date.
-Cancellations made 7 days prior to the service date: 50% charge
-Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the service date: 75% charge
-Cancellations made 24 hours of less or no show: 100% charge

ONLY FOR CRUISERS: no penalty if the ship doesn't dock in port, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations must be made in writing. E-mail is sufficient, but must be acknowledged by us to confirm receipt.

Both Drivers and Tour-guides require different licenses.
Although our Drivers are knowledgeable about the places you will visit, they are by law not permitted to enter tourist sites with you nor accompany you once you exit the vehicle.
They will give you basic information as you travel and they will be able to suggest the best sites to visit, restaurants, shops, etc but once outside the car they are not allowed to act as an official tour guide.

The Driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
Our vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and We shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
We maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles.
The Driver has the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Driver, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
