In order to book a service you can click on the “Request a quote” link on the main menu, and complete the reservation form or you can contact us by email.
Your reservation is considered complete once you receive a confirmation voucher via email with all of your booking information.
All Prices are quoted in "€" Euro and are per vehicle and not per person, unless otherwise specified.
Payments are charged at the end of your service according to the quoted rates.
We accept cash, credit card via POS (we accept Visa and Mastercard) or Paypal and bank transfer payment. (You do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account neither)
Credit card, Paypal and bank transfer payment requires a 5% surcharge.
Client has to request credit card payment in advance.

No charge will be applied for cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the service date.
-Cancellations made 7 days prior to the service date: 50% charge
-Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the service date: 75% charge
-Cancellations made 24 hours of less or no show: 100% charge
ONLY FOR CRUISERS: no penalty if the ship doesn't dock in port, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations must be made in writing. E-mail is sufficient, but must be acknowledged by us to confirm receipt.
Both drivers and a tour-guides require different licenses.
Although our drivers are knowledgeable about the places you will visit, they are by law not permitted to enter tourist sites with you nor accompany you once you exit the vehicle.
They will give you basic information as you travel and they will be able to suggest the best sites to visit, restaurants, shops, etc but once outside the car they are not allowed to act as an official tour guide.
The quoted price include one hour after the arranged pick up time at no extra charge. After the first hour included in the agreed price, additional waiting time will be charged at our basic hourly rate (Euro 50.00/hr)
If your ship doesn’t dock due to bad weather or technical problem you will not be charged.
